Illustration Archive: January 2020

I’d been minding about my slow post frequency on SNS, since I’m not a fast painter.
But if I work hard to share something new constantly, everyday?

So, in January, I’d been challenging to make a new piece and share it on Instagram and Twitter as daily as I can.
As a result, I couldn’t upload new pieces everyday but 2-3 posts a week. But I could do creation daily, and it’s far more important to me.

I prefer “quality over quantity”.
Frequent sharing gives my works chances to be seen by more people. Yes, it’s very important to the people who haven’t enough followers still (like me onTwitter), of course. On the flip side, constant sharing also can be worthless if the artworks are rubbish.

Anyway, heading on creation everyday (whatever happened) is the fastest way to share qualified things with enough frequency.
Is it too simple?

As a beginner learner of Russian language who understand 2/5 of everyday conversation, I’m kinda fan of the concept of Interslavic language.

I want to make something beyond a still image, so I tried to combine a painting made with Clip Studio Paint for iPhone and an abstract animation made with Blender in Photoshop.ß
